About Me

I began working in the beverage industry when I was in high school, continued through college breaks and then started running a distributorship at the age of 23. The business was in trouble, as its major supplier was trying to dissolve the company. I came in at a very young age, restructured every aspect, eliminated inefficiencies, and unified an extremely divided group of employees. Throughout my 25+ years, the company became extremely successful, not only financially, but within the beverage industry itself. My planning, programs, and experiences propelled us on to set records for winning awards from our major supplier that once wanted us out of business. I was also extremely successful at acquiring and building countless brands, as well as growing our territory by 4 additional counties.

I am now a dedicated single mother of two teenage boys. I have spent 25 years successfully managing and growing my father's business, overcoming significant challenges from suppliers, as well as market fluctuations. Following the loss of my father in 2021 and the subsequent sale of the business in 2022, I am passionate about leveraging my extensive knowledge and experience as an efficiency expert to empower other businesses to thrive. My journey reflects resilience and a commitment to transforming personal loss into a source of inspiration and support for others.
